What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to us within 14 days and we’ll promptly handle your refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and new condition. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage.

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item. Include your packing slip and reason for return.
Once the return has been received you will see your return in approximately 7-10 business days. It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your statement. Your refund will be returned to the same manner you purchased the item.
Also, please note:
- Products sold in sets must be returned as sets; partial returns will not be accepted.
- Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.
- All Sale items are final sale and are non-refundable
